Sales Manager International Trade

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

- the job of an sales manager is to manage the overall business and the company's sales strategy
- active search for business opportunities and marketing activities to develop sales on foreign markets
- acquiring new customers (international trade)
- communication with customers and fulfilment of market demands
- management and evaluation of production and business processes and company management
- management, coordination, motivation and evaluation of subordinate employees in administration
- at least 1x a month travel to the weekly business trip abroad
- responsibility for fulfilling a personal sales plan
- responsibility for the company's business results
- regular reporting to the sales director and owner of the company
- regular daily communication regarding customers and business cases with the sales director or by the owner of the company
- the main place of work : Veselé, Veselé 426, Trnava region
- the worker can commute: Bratislava region or another region (max. 100km from Veselé facility)
