Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Are you an experienced and ambitious Business Development Specialist with a passion for delivering comprehensive business solutions? Ework Group is looking for a new colleague to help build strong client relationships and drive our business forward in Slovakia.

About the role:
This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with both potential and existing clients, and defining strategies that support the company’s growth and expansion. It is a key role that combines sales expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of products and services.

Main responsibilities:

  • Actively sourcing and acquiring new clients

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and partners

  • Identifying client needs and proposing suitable business solutions

  • Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery) to develop and execute business strategies

  • Preparing business proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts

  • Monitoring the market, tracking trends and competition to identify new opportunities

  • Being accountable for meeting the business plan and achieving set KPIs

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • Experience in a similar sales position (ideally in IT, technology, services, or consulting)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle
  • Results-oriented with the ability to achieve set targets
  • English language at a communicative/professional level
  • Proactive approach, perseverance, and the ability to build trust
  • Proficiency in MS Office
