In this position, you will play a key role in generating project opportunities and managing initiatives that create lasting societal impact through collaboration with the innovation sector in Slovakia.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the journey of building and growing a leading management consultancy originating from Central and Eastern Europe.

What will you do:

• Lead consulting and innovation projects, delivering practical recommendations and creative solutions for clients;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while fostering innovation ecosystems and identifying high-potential startups;
• Coach and mentor teams, sharing expertise and guiding project delivery and innovation programs;
• Design and scale new consulting and innovation services, workshops, and acceleration programs;
• Manage multiple stakeholders and actively contribute to company growth locally and internationally.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, business management, or innovation;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to design and scale innovation programs and new service lines;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and a robust sales pipeline;
• Proven leadership in managing and mentoring teams across multiple projects;
• Passionate about innovation, technology, and social impact; active in local and international innovation ecosystems;
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills;
• Professional-level English and Slovak language.
