O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We’re looking for a Community & Customer Relations Representative to help us build and nurture our community while maintaining excellent customer relations.

This is a dual-focus role combining customer relations and support. Both areas are equally important to our daily operations and long-term growth, and you’ll act as a key link between our users, brand, and internal teams.

Key focus areas & responsibilitiesCommunity Management & Marketing
  • Manage and engage with our online community across social media platforms

  • Help with publishing content on social media

  • Assist with the creation and preparation of marketing and promotional materials

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all public communication

  • Support community engagement and basic moderation

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and content planning

  • Gather community feedback and share insights with internal teams

Customer Relations & Support
  • Communicate with customers via our ticketing system (no direct phone contact)

  • Resolve inquiries related to products, services, and platform usage

  • Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams and follow up through resolution

  • Maintain accurate and well-structured records of customer interactions

  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process and workflow improvements

Additional responsibilities
  • Support other teams with ad-hoc tasks within your scope of abilities

  • Handle miscellaneous operational tasks

Nice-to-have / Big plus
  • Experience in community management or social media

  • Strong copywriting skills and sense for engaging captions

  • Ability to edit photos or create short-form video content

  • Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and content performance

Zamestnanecké výhody, benefity:

  1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer relations, community management, or a similar role

  2. B2 level English (spoken & written)

  3. Experience with customer support or ticketing systems (e.g. Freshdesk)

  4. Comfortable using digital platforms and collaboration tools

  5. Technical affinity is a plus

  6. Additional foreign languages are welcome

  7. Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer relations, community management, or a similar role.
