Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be a key member of the factory's management team in Slovakia. You will be responsible for developing and executing all HR strategies and daily operations, providing strong support for our business growth. Your core mission is to attract, develop, and retain top talent, shape a positive corporate culture, and ensure all HR practices fully comply with local laws and regulations, as well as the human resources requirements of the IATF 16949 quality system. You will serve as a vital bridge between the Chinese headquarters and the Slovak team.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Must be familiar with the IATF 16949 quality system and have practical experience with its human resources clauses.

Proven experience handling Slovak labor law and social security systems. Previous experience working in a Chinese multinational or Sino-European joint venture is astrong advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. High levels of discretion and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations diplomatically.Strong business acumen with the ability to support business objectives from an HRperspective. Proactive, with outstanding problem-solving abilities, capable of working in a dynamic andfast-paced environment.
