HR Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Employee satisfaction plays a major role in the success of your company. Therefore, we are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to join us as an HR Specialist to support our foreign colleagues and our local HR team. Are you the ONE? If yes, then keep on reading :)

Your main tasks will be:
• Acting as a point of contact for our Korean employees
• Arranging work permits and residence permits for foreign employees with assistance from an external consultant
• Assisting in housing matters, communication and negotiation with real estate agencies, landlords, rent contracts checking

• Coordinating training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational capability

​• Company cars administration 
• Supporting in other services like medical checks, moving, contact with banks, arranging translations of documents with external entrepreneurs, application for commercial insurance, …

Back office support:
• Cooperation on organizing of company events and providing benefits
• Hotel and taxi bookings for visitors
• Office goods ordering

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English are essential
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within HR
• MS Office on an advanced level
• Detail and accuracy-oriented personality
• Negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent time management
• Be able to multitask
• Confident driver
• Basic knowledge of the Slovak Labor Code and process of residence permit obtaining is an advantage
