Senior Business Consultant

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Drive strategic advisory work to our clients, structuring complex business challenges and driving initiatives that help improve performance and achieve strategic objectives.
- Lead or co‑lead project workstreams, taking full ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities and/or deliverables.
- Collaborate with client counterparts to translate business needs into effective technology solutions, advising on systems integration and modern digital capabilities such as cloud ecosystems, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven tools.
- Support technology‑enabled transformations and initiatives to embed AI into business operations, such as Agentic AI solutions that automate and orchestrate workflows, or Gen AI use cases that enhance insights, decision making, and productivity.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to align on priorities, drive decisions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- University degree (Bc., Mgr., MBA, Ing. or equivalent).
- 6+ years of experience in consulting or a relevant senior industry role.
- Consulting or industry experience in large-scale transformation projects across sectors such as Communications, Media, Technology, Utilities, or Resources.
- Relevant technical or functional expertise, such as SAP, SQL, Java, Atlassian tools, or telecommunications functions including Finance and Supply Chain.
- Advanced English (B2+) and native Slovak (C2).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- High degree of ownership, reliability, and independence.
- Ability to think out of the box and offer unique perspectives to the client.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & the ability to structure business problems and derive insights from data.
- Ability to convey complex and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Desire to work on a variety of strategic and operational projects focused on addressing the business requirements of the client.
- Ability to meet client travel requirements when applicable.

Bonus points if you have:
- 1+ years of experience working with SAP systems (procurement, financial controlling, sales and distribution, or other relevant areas, with a focus on practical usage rather than technical expertise).
- Advanced German (B2+)
