Join our dynamic Salesforce Support Team and play a key role in keeping our Salesforce data and information up to date.

Your Key Responsibilities would be the following:

1. Data Clean-Up
- Run reports identifying missing, outdated, incomplete, or duplicated records.
- Utilize external tools (like LinkedIn) to clean and enrich the data.
- Coordinate reviews with key stakeholders and end-users.
- Monitor the performance and progress of the data cleanup process.
- Develop and maintain reports to track database cleanliness and maintenance.

2. PowerPoint Presentation & Tutorials Preparation
- Create impactful presentations for end-user meetings.
- Develop and update user guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Prepare tutorials to cover frequently asked questions of end-users.

3. Operational Support
- Assist in the setup of basic reports and dashboards.
- Ensure accurate control and handling of mass import/update files.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating reports.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
