Finance Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who will play a key role in managing the company’s financial operations and supporting business performance. The main responsibilities will be:

• Oversee, manage, and develop all financial activities of the company.
• Manage the monthly financial close and reporting with the support of an external accounting service provider.
• Prepare financial reports and interpret financial information for management.
• Work closely with operational and sales teams to evaluate performance, assess risks and opportunities, and support business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor finance department staff, ensuring efficient and effective financial operations.
• Analyze the company's costs, prices, and actual performance against business plans, providing actionable insights.
• Manage cash flow and optimize the company's financial resources.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and group standards, manage audits, and assess financial risks.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years experience in finance, controlling, and financial management roles
• Excellent problem-solving ability and solid analytical skills, with an understanding of business processes and system optimization.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Strong Excel and office skills are essential
• Advanced proficiency in SAP FI
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
