Procurement Category Manager for Technology with French language

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Implement global and regional Technology category strategies locally, ensuring alignment between country targets and overall objectives .
- Lead and develop the local Procurement Plus Technology team, supporting business planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
- Drive local sourcing opportunities and actively collaborate within the global category community.
- Lead the execution of strategic procurement initiatives, ensuring effective contract implementation and utilization of preferred buying channels.
- Oversee compliance, risk management, and performance tracking by conducting market intelligence and evaluating the supplier base.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and gather feedback to improve category performance.
- Drive value-adding initiatives and support planning of sourcing activities.
- Lead local sourcing projects from start to contract, including RFP design and competitive sourcing.
- Implement supplier KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Technology, Economics, or related field 
- 6+ years of procurement or category management experience, including project leadership 
- Experience in the IT industry and Technology categories 
- Advanced English language (B2+) and fluent French language (C1+).
- Experience managing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment 
- Proven expertise in category strategy, sourcing, and supplier management 
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills 
- High proficiency with procurement tools and data analytics 
- Strong understanding of commercial models and compliance frameworks 
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams 
- Culturally agile and capable of working across global teams
