Finance Senior Analyst

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Finance senior analyst, you will be controlling significant part of manufacturing costs within the Nitra plant. This would require active involvement / partnering / influencing with key stakeholders across the whole plant. The main responsibility will sit with managing opex / capex budget for given technologies.
The key element of this position is to maintain relationships with the technology representatives on all levels of the organisation and support them with delivering their short-term objectives and strategies. And via this to contribute to achieve also Plant objectives and strategy.
This role requires previous experience in controlling on similar level and ability to apply the knowledge and experience into optimisation of existing process and cost base (kaizen mind set).

WHAT TO EXPECT
• Coordinate & lead OPEX budget preparation for Nitra plant
• Support month end activities
• Coordinate & lead forecast activity for Nitra plant
• Be the finance ‘go to’ person for dedicated technologies
• Support technologies with their capex requests
• Support and actively lead optimization initiatives within technologies
• Support approval process (Star chamber process)

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
WHAT YOU´LL NEED
• Strong financial background
• Strong MS Office skills (mainly excel, PowerPoint)
• Extensive previous experience in controlling on similar level with clear history records
• Kaizen mindset (continues improvement)
• Sufficient English level (B2 minimum)
• Analytical skills with proactive approach
• Succinctly communicate financial/cost performance issues to the operating teams using insightful data and compelling narratives
• Good presentation & verbal skills
• SAP experience
• Team player
• Ability to influence others
• Strong IT skills (experience with AI would be welcomed)
• Ability to think critically and challenge the others
