##What will your responsibilities be?##

• Providing support to team members in daily operational tasks
• Reviewing travel expense submissions for compliance with company policy, legal requirements, and country-specific rules
• Working in the Navan expense management system to view and approve selected types of transactions
• Assisting with digital workflows and ensuring timely processing of expense-related tasks

##Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?##

• University student with a focus on Finance or Accounting
• Solid command of English (minimum level B2)
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and quick to learn
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week over a longer period
• On-site work only (no remote option)
