Project Assistant / Junior Project Manager (Energy Sector)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Assistant / Junior Project Manager to contribute to the advancement of virtual power plant technologies within our rapidly expanding organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to acquire practical expertise in the technical intricacies of distributed energy resource aggregation and control. The successful candidate will participate in the execution of innovative projects, contributing to the development and deployment of solutions that address the evolving challenges of the energy sector. This role provides a platform for professional growth and engagement with cutting-edge research and development initiatives.

Participation in project management: Communication with suppliers/contractors, their coordination, and oversight. 

Participation in solution design: Revision of documentation, site inspection.

Technical aspects of virtual power plants: Analyzing and supporting the implementation and optimization of technical solutions for virtual power plants.

Modeling and pricing proposals: Collaborating on energy solutions modeling and preparing pricing offers.

1500 - 2300 EUR, depends on contract type

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Past experience in the energy sector and / or some exposure to the energy sector 
• Interest in green energy technologies – basic understanding of renewable energy
• production, EV charging
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to analyze data, optimize virtual power
• plant operations, and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Technical Background – A degree or relevant experience in energy systems, electrical
• engineering, computer science, or a related technical field is an advantage.
• Interest or some experience in programming (experience with programming languages
• such as Python, Java, R, or other technical tools).
• Interest or some experience in electrical engineering and/or embedded control systems.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
