IT support

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Administer and maintain servers, workstations, and network infrastructure

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical systems

• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations

• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and patch management

IT Asset Management & Inventarization

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all HW IT assets

• Track asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, relocation, and disposal

• Ensure proper labeling and documentation of equipment across office and production areas

End-User Support

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network access, and user accounts

• Install, configure, and maintain user devices (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices)

• Support users in production environments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

• Manage service requests and incidents through ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution

• Deliver basic user guidance and training on IT tools and best practices

IT Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to internal IT policies, standards, and procedures including all ITIL processes using Service management tool

• Manage user access rights in line with security policies (joiner/mover/leaver processes)

• Assist with audits by providing documentation and evidence of compliance

• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations

• Promote security awareness and ensure compliance with data protection requirements

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in IT and digitalization projects

• Support implementation of new systems, upgrades, and migrations

• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• A university degree or equivalent experience in IT support or administration

• Strong English language

• Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Windows, M365, Exchange, AD…)

• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

• Ability to work under pressure in a production environment

• Familiarity with ITIL incident, change and request management processes (e.g., ticketing systems)

• Experience with ERP/MES systems

• Basic understanding of industrial systems (PLC, SCADA

• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Proxmox, Nutanix)

• Experience with device management tools such as Microsoft Intune

• Experience with IT asset management and inventory tracking
