Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a collections-focused role within property management. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with active communication, regular follow-up, and administrative work, and who can help us manage outstanding receivables, resolve payment issues, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do?
- Follow up on overdue receivables through phone calls, emails, reminders, and pay-ment notices
- Communicate with tenants and other debtors to secure payments and support re-solution of outstanding balances
- Monitor aging reports, payment status, and collection progress
- Record collection activities, payment commitments, and account updates accura-tely and on time
- Investigate and help resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related issues with internal teams
- Prepare regular reports on receivables and collection status
- Cooperate with property management, finance, accounting, and external partners, including legal or collection agencies when needed
- Cooperate with accoutnant and mainain debtors related data in accounting soft-ware.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, credit control, accounting, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills and confidence in handling follow-up and negotiation with debtors
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow up consistently
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and standard administrative tools
- English at a communicative level; experience in real estate or property management is an advantage
- A professional, resilient, and solution-oriented approach

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Education in economics or finance is an advantage
- Experience in real estate is a plus
- Knowledge of accounting principles and processes
- Basic understanding of VAT regulations
- Experience in data analysis and working with large datasets
- Good proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, multi-criteria summing, etc.)
- Active knowledge of English – daily use at work
- Analytical thinking, strong numerical skills
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A team player, enthusiasm for work, and eagerness to learn
