Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a collections-focused role within property management. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with active communication, regular follow-up, and administrative work, and who can help us manage outstanding receivables, resolve payment issues, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.


What will you do?

  • Follow up on overdue receivables through phone calls, emails, reminders, and pay-ment notices
  • Communicate with tenants and other debtors to secure payments and support re-solution of outstanding balances
  • Monitor aging reports, payment status, and collection progress
  • Record collection activities, payment commitments, and account updates accura-tely and on time
  • Investigate and help resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related issues with internal teams
  • Prepare regular reports on receivables and collection status
  • Cooperate with property management, finance, accounting, and external partners, including legal or collection agencies when needed
  • Cooperate with accoutnant and mainain debtors related data in accounting soft-ware.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, credit control, accounting, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in handling follow-up and negotiation with debtors
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow up consistently
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and standard administrative tools
  • English at a communicative level; experience in real estate or property management is an advantage
  • A professional, resilient, and solution-oriented approach

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • Education in economics or finance is an advantage
  • Experience in real estate is a plus
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and processes
  • Basic understanding of VAT regulations
  • Experience in data analysis and working with large datasets
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, multi-criteria summing, etc.)
  • Active knowledge of English – daily use at work
  • Analytical thinking, strong numerical skills
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • A team player, enthusiasm for work, and eagerness to learn
