Cloud division is responsible for the multi-tenant (all Erste Group entities) and multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) setup and operation.

Share Service Integration & Agile Department is part of the Infrastructure and Cloud division. Our main task is the global configuration of the central Erste Group Microsoft 365 tenant, Entra ID and shared services within the Azure landing zone. Working with security teams, we create and document governance principles and policies, maintain and continuously improve delegation model for Microsoft cloud services to allow operational tasks to be performed by integrated entities, and automate repetitive core management tasks using serverless compute services.

As the saying goes; “keep your feet on the ground, and your head in the clouds”, is the type of person we are looking for. Someone who has the foresight and expertise to define the cloud landscape, while being the person on the ground helping the customer and our teams succeed in the cloud journey. As a Cloud Engineer, you will facilitate, communicate, design and guide the implementation of cloud technical blueprints and solution designs. This means you can gather requirements, analyze them and make synthesis to propose new solution.

You will participate in cloud white papers preparation. Additionally, you will define and supervise group cloud standards, operate shared services and a common part of the landing zone for multiple customers.

You will ultimately be responsible for matching the technical design specifications with the needs of our customers but also helping our project managers and solution architects understand these requirements with clarity.

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 3 500 gross per month for this full time position. • Scripting skills (PowerShell mandatory)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem analysis skills (Code debugging, performance optimization, application monitoring)

• The right mindset for DevOps knowing the processes and the common tools (Source code control, version control, development pipeline, continuous delivery, automated testing, application analytics)

• IaaC skills (Terraform, CI/CD)

• Proven technical expertise in cloud technology and architecture SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and Digital Transformation related topics

• High level knowledge of cloud network components and concepts ( Hub&Spoke)

• Multiple years of experience as an operations engineer, ideally with DevOps experience

• Technical knowledge about Azure Cloud Platform

• A natural confidence with your communication and team skills, while being fluent in English

• Your never-ending passion for Cloud technologies and your ability to quickly learn new ones

• Being fascinated in trying out new technologies and seeing new challenges as an opportunity to shine
