Automated / Manual Tester

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
As a member of team, you will test scalable and secure applications that drive dynamic financial services. This team is responsible for enabling and disabling Base24 (payment engine) acquiring and for Terminal Management & Configurations, ensuring efficient and reliable operations that empower clients and shape the future of digital transactions.

What you will do:
• Work with SCRUM Team members (3 amigo concept) to determine test approach for functionality and enhancements introduced during each SPRINT.
• Design test cases (BDD) that are validating every USER STORY in scope of given cycle (sprint) in line with acceptance criteria defined.
• Execute tests (both manual and automated), schedule test execution runs and reports on their results. Maintain and update automated tests every test execution cycle.
• Coordinate various testing phases (smoke, regression, functional, integration).
• Raise bugs when deviations from the acceptance criteria are observed as a result of the test execution.
• Analyze and investigate issues arising from automation test runs.
• Assist SCRUM team members on the issue resolution by providing comprehensive results of the test execution and reproducing bugs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions.

o Backend testing
o User Interface (UI) testing
o Integration testing
o Regression testing

• Previous professional experience with:
o SoapUI/Postman
o GitLab
o SQL
o Gherkin
o IntelliJ IDEA
o Jira
o Xray
o Confluence 
• Fluent English, due to work in an international environment, strong English skills are also required to enable easy communication in teams distributed across the world.
• Location: 5days a week in Bratislava office is required
