Senior Legal Counsel (SLC) of our client - International Company

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Legal Counsel supporting an international company. The role combines strategic legal advisory with hands-on legal execution across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters. As a trusted business partner, you will work closely with Executive Leadership, the Board of Directors and senior management, providing commercially focused legal advice that supports business growth, mitigates risk and enables informed strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary legal advisor to Executive Leadership and the Management Team on strategic and operational matters.

• Lead legal support for commercial transactions, including international business opportunities, contract negotiations and complex business initiatives.

• Provide legal guidance across commercial, corporate, employment, intellectual property, compliance, regulatory, dispute resolution and risk management matters.

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements and legal documentation.

• Support corporate governance, subsidiary management and the implementation of internal legal and compliance processes.

• Represent the company in negotiations, administrative proceedings and court proceedings where appropriate.

• Deliver clear, pragmatic and business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders across the organization.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, governance standards and operational efficiency.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Master's degree in Slovak law (doctoral degree is an advantage).

• At least 4 years of experience as in-house legal counsel or in a business law practice.

• Strong background in commercial and corporate law.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation and drafting skills.

• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

• English – Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AI tools is expected; knowledge of Praetor is an advantage.

• Driving licence category B.
