Marketing Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to oversee and develop marketing campaigns, coordinate marketing planning and budgeting, support our dealer network, conduct research and analyze data, devise and present ideas and strategies, and execute promotional activities.

Purpose & Main Activities:

• Media Campaign Oversight & Development: Lead the development of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales priorities. This includes briefing agencies, securing timely campaign rollouts, and approving agency deliverables
• Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Coordinate marketing planning and budgeting, steering budgets in line with campaign requirements. Maintain and update marketing plans, taking responsibility for internal planning and forecasting
• Retail Network Support: Collaborate in creating local retail marketing plans in line with sales priorities. Secure retail marketing plans per dealer, evaluate dealer performance, and support the dealer network
• Ideation & Strategy: Devise and present marketing ideas and strategies in line with sales priorities. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing activities
• Promotional Activities: Execute other ad hoc promotional activities in order to complete 360 product communitcation (POS, smaller events, web site content, etc.)
  
• Media Channel Identification: Identify appropriate media channels for promotional campaigns and advertising efforts
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle various ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the manager

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  Education: University degree
• Min.3 years of experience in same position, preferably in international company
• Demonstrable experience in data analytics and tools
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Well - organized and detail oriented 
• Self-driven, and pro-active
• Integrity
• MS Office – advanced
• SAP – adventage
• English –B2, Slovak – Fluent
• Driving licence: B
