O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:


  • Complete, checked and validated input of accounts payable data (purchase invoices, SBI’s) to the system in order to book it. Comment OCR templates for automatic invoicing and checking correctness of master data. Reflecting on current KPI's of Accounts purchase and acting towards desirable target (OCR rate)
  • Timely and accurately data processing. Daily creation of OCR templates based on received invoices and business needs to support automatic booking of invoices.
  • Comprehensive reporting to internal and external relations about booked invoices, internal processes and possible inconsistencies. Monitor quality/format of received invoices and follow up/report irregularities/challenges to achieve technical efficiency (automation)
  • Follow up on inconsistencies in order to prevent aging creditors subledger.
  • Create and install basic macros and mail rules in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook in order to optimize workload and minimize human errors.
  • Adherence to compliance requirements within specific expertise area. Knowledge about purchase vat requirements of specific country and legislation. Develop oneself in Regular Expression for better understanding and coding of different invoice layouts
  • Actively communicating with internal colleagues (IT, Finance, local offices), external partners and development teams to serve the business in the most effective way.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook

  • Mail rules, macros creation, OCR templates – automation of received invoices, e-mails and excel sheets.

  • Process and program automatization

  • Financial background

  • Regular expressions - Advantage

  • Basic knowledge of C# coding - Advantage
