As a Client & Media Relations Manager, you’ll be the heart of our communication — meeting families, helping them find their perfect nanny, and sharing their stories with the world through social media. You’ll craft warm and elegant content for our platforms, coordinate family–nanny introductions, and make sure every client feels cared for from the first message to the final match.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for families (email, phone, and in-person).
• Participate in or coordinate family–nanny introduction meetings.
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook): plan posts, respond to messages, and maintain visual and verbal brand tone.
• Ensure smooth communication between families and BestNanny team.
• Maintain a client database and track inquiries, matches, and feedback.
