Project Manager, Project Management Office – EMEA

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Lenovo’s Services & Solutions Group (SSG) is seeking a highly capable and results‑driven Project Manager to join the EMEA Services Support Project Management Office. In this senior role, you will lead complex cross‑functional projects that impact service delivery, vendor performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the region.

You will drive end‑to‑end project ownership — from initial scoping and planning to execution, risk management, and successful delivery — while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendor managers, service delivery teams, IT, finance, legal, call‑center partners, repair vendors, and occasionally customers.


Key Responsibilities

- Lead planning and execution of complex IT and service‑related projects, ensuring alignment with SSG priorities and PMO governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk assessments, adapting plans as needed to address project complexities.
- Provide strong leadership to cross‑functional project teams, ensuring focus, accountability, and timely progress toward project milestones.
- Act as the primary communication channel for all project stakeholders, delivering clear updates, structured reporting, and issue escalation management.
- Identify project risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and lead resolution activities to maintain momentum and delivery quality.
- Ensure full adherence to PMO methodology, governance, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, project management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated capability in leading complex IT or service‑delivery projects from initiation through closure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, coordinate, and deliver results through cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, capable of navigating ambiguity and addressing multifaceted operational challenges.
- Skilled in managing diverse stakeholder groups, including internal teams, external vendors, and customer contacts.
- Advanced organizational, planning, and multitasking capabilities, with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, Microsoft Office Suite; PMP or equivalent certification required, and ITIL4 is an advantage.
- Fluent English (mandatory);
- Interest or experience in AI/automation is considered a plus.
