Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a new member of our HR team at Garrett– an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter who is passionate about Human Resources and thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. If you enjoy working on both local and global projects and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What will you be responsible for?

• manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles (production, technical, and support functions including management roles)
• advertise open positions across relevant tools and channels 
• source internal and external candidates using various methods including Linkedin
• conduct candidate interviews and organize assessment centers
• maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system
• collaborate with staffing agencies regarding contracts, salaries, invoicing, and candidate sourcing
• coordinate onboarding activities in cooperation with the HR team
• communicate job openings internally and externally, including preparing internal communication materials
• build relationships with secondary schools and universities within defined projects
• support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events
• ensure all recruitment-related policies are up to date

• handle reporting and purchase orders related to recruitment and agency workers

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• someone with experience in recruitment, ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment
• a proactive and organized professional with strong communication skills
• a team player who is comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• fluent in English, both verbal and written
• good working knowledge of Slovak labor law, recruiting processes
• global mindset and ability to operate in a multicultural environment
• very good computer skills (MS office advanced)
