Recruitment Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Specialist to support high-volume hiring for our growing Contact Centre operations in Bratislava.

You will be part of an international team, working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with stakeholders across different countries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruitment and working with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for new vacancies (agents, team leaders, support staff).
• Active sourcing via job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• CV screening, phone interviews, and interview coordination.
• Close cooperation with hiring managers across different markets and campaigns
• Support and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  
• Maintain candidate pipelines and databases.

What we look for:

• Fluency in English (Additional languages would be a plus).
• Proven experience for at least 12 months in fast-paced recruitment (Contact Center experience would be a plus).
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  
• Proactive and result-oriented approach.
  
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Be ready to be part of the team setting up the recruitments processes for Netzon Slovakia.

Zamestnanecké výhody, benefity:

• Starting date: May or June 2026
• Contract Type: Fixed-Term 6 Months (Possibility to move into a permanent contract)
• Working hours: Full Time (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm
• Competitive base salary of €22,000 gross per annum in addition to:
• 6,60€/day meal voucher (132€/month).
• A commuting allowance of €50 per month (€600 per annum).
  
• Paid 5 extra days (personal days) per annum in case of emergencies and short-term absences.
• Office-based working model from our Bratislava location.
