Purpose of the Job

The Business Analyst supports the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of data-driven solutions across business units. It bridges data-driven insights with customer-centric strategies, supporting marketing, sales, and digital teams in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Additionally, this position has strong emphasis on CRM and digital capabilities



Principal Accountabilities

· Conduct data analysis to generate insights for business operations, customer engagement, and digital initiatives.

· Aggregate and analyze customer data from CRM platforms, digital channels, and third-party sources.

· Support the development of acquisition and retention strategies based on data insights.

· Identify gaps in customer experience and propose improvements.

· Assist in segmentation and targeting for marketing campaigns.

· Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations.

· Ensure seamless data flow between CRM and other business systems.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.

· Present actionable insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.

· Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Skills and Competencies

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in a business data analyst or similar role, preferably with exposure to CRM and digital platforms.

· Fluent English and Slovak/Czech language

· Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and digital business processes.

· Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI is preferred).

· Familiarity with SQL or similar query languages

· Familiarity with Google analytics or similar tool

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

· Experience in consumer research, segmentation, and personalized marketing.

· Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

· Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

· Good communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.

· Eagerness to learn and adapt to new digital tools and methodologies.
