Frontend Developer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our team developing Kistler’s advanced industrial IoT solution. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain intuitive, high-performance web interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. Your main focus will be on frontend development using React and related modern web technologies.

Main Tasks:
• Design and maintain the frontend architecture and technology stack to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Evaluate and advise on the feasibility of non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, maintainability).
• Estimate effort for backlog items and ensure estimates remain accurate and up to date.
• Implement and test features according to the Definition of Done.
• Debug and resolve issues in existing functionality.
• Ensure continuous integration and maintain build quality within the frontend ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with other technical roles to improve development infrastructure and automation.
• Contribute to quality assurance activities to ensure products meet design and usability expectations.
• Identify and communicate technical debt, ensuring it is visible and properly prioritized in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Promote and apply frontend best practices and coding standards across the team.
• Validate that the implemented solution is technically ready for production.
• Support and manage the technical transition of the solution into live operation.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Must have:
• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• 2+ years of experience as a software developer focused on web UI development (React, Sass, WebSocket SignalR, D3.js for data visualization, or other moder JavaScript libraries and frameworks)
• Knowledge of Software modeling tools and technologies (UML, …)
• Analytical and systematic working style
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Affinity to work in an international environment
• Commitment to deliver outstanding quality
Nice to have:
• Experience in backend development (C#)
• Experience working with database systems (knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus).
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins)
• Experience with agile development methods
