In-House Lawyer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for an experienced in-house lawyer who will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and ensuring our company's compliance with applicable laws in the areas of technology, commerce, and labor.

Your tasks:
- Advising the administrative and operational divisions as well as management on all legal matters, in particular general civil law, contract law, data protection law, corporate law, and labor law
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating both national and international contracts
- Handling court proceedings and attending court hearings
- Identifying, analyzing, and assessing legal risks in a national and international context
- Working closely with consulting law firms in Slovakia, Germany and abroad

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Completed degree as a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) or commercial lawyer (m/f/d)
- Relevant professional experience (e.g., in the legal department of an internationally oriented company or a business consulting law firm)
- Ability to work under pressure, commitment, and an independent and solution-oriented approach to work
- Confident and self-assured manner
- Ability to communicate complex legal issues in a manner appropriate to the target audience
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Negotiation skills, decisiveness, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with difficult issues
