M365 Cloud Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

The role ensures that Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams scale securely, consistently, and cost efficiently across collaboration and infrastructure layers by preventing uncontrolled growth through clear governance, ownership, and lifecycle management. It proactively reduces security, compliance, and cost risks by replacing reactive clean ups with standardized security baselines and sustainable operational controls.

• Overall ownership of the Microsoft 365 platform, tenant governance, security, and licensing
• Define, implement, and enforce standards for M365 Cloud environment
• Manage the full lifecycle of Teams and SharePoint sites (provisioning, usage, archiving, and cleanup)
• Implement consistent security and compliance policies (e.g. Conditional Access, DLP)
• Govern Power Automate and automation solutions Reduce operational risk, manual effort, and external costs
• Act as key contact for Modern Workplace topics and collaborate closely with IT, Security, and Business stakeholders
• Support adoption and continuous improvement of M365 services across the organization

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Security & Compliance)
• Proven experience in platform governance and standardization
• Solid understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and identity management
• Structured, proactive, and communicative working style
• Experience in Modern Workplace or transformation projects is a plus
