Senior AI Security Governance Expert

At UNIQA, we’re committed to safeguarding our digital future. We are looking for a Senior AI Governance & Security Expert to strengthen our Security & Resilience capabilities within the Group Risk Management department.
The role is responsible for defining and continuously improving the organization’s AI governance and AI security framework, performing security assessments of AI use cases, and acting as a Security & Resilience expert for strategic projects with a focus on Information and AI security compliance.
This position is ideal for a senior professional who combines strong governance and risk management expertise with practical knowledge of AI/LLM/Agentic AI security, and who can translate evolving regulatory and industry requirements into operational standards, control frameworks, and assessment practices.

As a key player in our Group Security & Resilience team, you will:
• Define and continuously improve the organization’s AI security governance framework, including standards, and controls.
• Align AI security & resilience governance with external regulations and frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF) and integrate AI risk into the broader risk management landscape.
• Perform structured security and resilience assessments of AI use cases, including GenAI, LLM, and agentic AI solutions.
• Identify and evaluate AI-specific threats and vulnerabilities, and provide clear, risk-based recommendations and control requirements.
• Act as a Security & Resilience expert in strategic projects, ensuring secure-by-design and compliant implementation.
• Support procurement, due diligence, and architecture reviews for AI-related services, vendors, and platforms.
• Drive awareness, guidance, and stakeholder engagement on AI governance, and AI security risks requirements across the organization.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, IT risk management, security governance, security architecture, or resilience, with a strong focus on AI governance and/or AI security.
• Proven experience in designing or operating security governance frameworks, and risk assessments in a regulated or enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience in assessing AI/GenAI/LLM-related risks in business or technology use cases.
• Relevant professional certifications such as ISACA AAISM (preferred), CISM, CISSP, or equivalent, with demonstrated expertise in applying AI governance and AI security frameworks (e.g. EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, Google SAIF) in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise control environments, including security standards, third-party risk, compliance, and audit expectations.
• Experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders such as risk, security, legal, compliance, procurement, architecture, data, and business teams.
• A structured, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset that thrives in dynamic environments
