Cash & Banking Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Executing specific processes and delivering services and results to the business units (internal clients). 

Acting as an internal consultant regarding processes, supporting the business with the necessary expertise for the SSC operation. 

Acting as a contact person with business units / internal clients. 

Position manages overall migrations, execution, quality, efficiency and compliance of the Accounts Payable processes on a global basis. Manages and run RPA solutions in Treasury department.

Activities will primarily include Process of Manage Payables as stated:

• Monthly reconciliation of Bank accounts with supporting documentation, be proactive with finding solutions to run smooth business, eliminate manual work

• Specialist is responsible for supporting Treasury Management, must have knowledge of Bank and Treasury/Cash Management products and service offerings

• Compliancy with anti-money laundry laws and rules

• Manage incoming and outgoing cash effectively on daily basis

• Execution of payments, ensuring the process and execution is in compliance with valid DOA

• Participate in projects-actively participate on process standardization and harmonization across responsible areas

• Compliance with SOX requirement, Support Internal and External Audit, Support Ad Hoc requests and projects as required

• Meet individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of the team’s overall objectives.
