Medical Affairs Activities (Including Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement):
Continuously gather and analyze the latest medical and scientific information related to our HIV and Oncology products, therapeutic areas, and competitors.
Deliver scientific presentations to healthcare professionals, medical societies, and other relevant audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in implementation of country medical plan that aligns with the overall business strategy.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to integrate the medical plan into broader marketing and commercial strategies.
Implement and execute the medical plan, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments based on emerging data, market dynamics, and customer insights.
Evaluate the effectiveness of medical activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
Engage KOLs in scientific discussions, advisory boards, workshops, and educational initiatives to gather insights and feedback on our products.
Partner with KOLs to develop and execute medical education programs, symposia, and conferences to enhance disease and product knowledge.

Regulatory Compliance & Local Medical Governance:
Ensure all medical and promotional activities comply with local regulations, guidelines, and industry codes of conduct.
Support the development and review of promotional and educational materials, ensuring compliance and scientific accuracy.
Provide medical review and approval of promotional materials, ensuring adherence to local regulations and scientific accuracy.
Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs team to support product registration and approval, including providing medical input for submissions and responding to health authority queries.
Maintain local medical governance processes and systems to manage medical information, promotional materials, and interactions with healthcare professionals in line with the regulations and internal policies.
Offer guidance and support to internal stakeholders on local medical governance requirements and best practices.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure implementation of medical strategy on country level.
Participate in cross-functional meetings, providing medical insights and expertise to contribute to overall business objectives.
Medical training and information:
Provide medical and scientific training and information to stakeholders.

Informácie o výberovom konaní:
The position is seated in our headquarter in Bratislava /Pribylinská 2/A/ and may be also home office work, by agreement.
Travelling: within Slovakia regularly, and to EL Pharma HQ in Europe 2-3 times a year.
The selection process is made by the group.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Medical degree (MD), Pharmacists or other degree as per local requirements.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic area, and clinical practice guidelines.
Fluent written and spoken English and local language.
Previous experience in a similar medical affairs role within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and/or other stakeholders.
Understanding of local regulations, guidelines, and industry codes of conduct related to medical affairs and promotional activities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate scientific data and medical literature.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
High ethical standards.
