#Who we are looking for:#

- Minimum 1,5 years of experience in the field of strategic/management consulting, financial services industry, or technology delivery (e.g. business analyst, functional lead, project manager)
- MS Office Package (focus on PPT and Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of data/business analysis enabling you to proactively identify key client requirements
- Ability to identify patterns and perform web research, including the effective use of AI tools
- Empathy and humility
- Willingness to learn
- Professional proficiency in English
- Basic project management, financial services industry and IT knowledge (particularly SDLC) are very much appreciated

#Your future role:#

- To define recommendations that will guide clients’ decision-making and strategic direction
- To drive tangible business outcomes by improving operational efficiency and solving complex business challenges
- To provide industry research and perform data analysis
- To perform business analysis using relevant data
- To analyze clients’ internal processes needs, formulate strategic recommendations and communicate preliminary findings with team members
- To help with complex projects delivery
- Internal project administration support
- Project portfolio management and internal financial management
- Support with documentation preparation (legal documentation, proposals)
- To support senior colleagues with ad-hoc requests (data gathering, data analysis, creation of materials for meetings with clients)
