Team Leader- Billing

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Team Leader who will lead our Billing team in a newly established Shared Service Center. Your role will be responsible for the end-to-end daily operations, quality control, and continuous improvement of regional billing processes.

The ideal candidate is a supportive team leader who can guide and motivate the team, help improve daily processes, and build good working relationships with colleagues and customers to make sure billing services are accurate and delivered on time.

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team responsible for invoice generation, review, distribution, and query resolution.
• Be accountable for team member recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and skills training.
• Contribute to building a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team environment.
• Oversee the entire regional billing cycle (Order-to-Cash), ensuring the accuracy, compliance, timeliness of all invoices and send reports for assigned entities regularly
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance regularly.
• Identify process bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Acting as a contact point for suppliers, internal customers and management.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Shared Service Center or financial operations environment, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role directly managing a team of 5+ people.
• Advanced level of English.
• Proven people management and team relationship-building skills with a successful track record of motivating and developing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Billing/Order-to-Cash processes. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Customer-oriented, detail-focused, with strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
