Senior Automation Tester

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester to join our team. The role focuses on complex test automation with a strong emphasis on API testing in a cloud-native, DevSecOps environment.

You will become part of an established project team and work on a large-scale system integrating multiple external and internal information systems. The position requires a high level of seniority, independence, and responsibility for overall test quality.

As an Automation Tester with us you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests (API, E2E, UI).
• Focus heavily on complex API automation testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines within a DevSecOps environment.
• Apply BDD principles using Gherkin-based test scenarios.
• Perform integration testing across multiple interconnected information systems.
• Test cloud-native applications running in Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and QA team members.
• Ensure high quality, stability, performance, and security of delivered solutions.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

You should have:

• 5+ years of experience in test automation.
• Strong experience with API test automation using tools such as RestAssured and Postman.
• Hands-on experience with Java-based automation frameworks and modern UI automation
• tools (e.g. Playwright).
• Experience with BDD tools and approaches (Cucumber, Gherkin).
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g. JMeter).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) in DevSecOps environments.
• Hands-on experience with containerized and cloud-native systems (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum), BDD, and TDD principles.
• Knowledge of security testing principles, GDPR, and security-related methodologies.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and contribute at senior level.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• English level B2 or higher (written and spoken).
