Treasury Specialist I

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

A DCF (direct cash flow) Specialist is responsible for overseeing and optimizing an organization's cash flow forecast. This includes monitoring liquidity, managing financial risks, and preparing forecasts to ensure the company can meet its financial obligations and strategic goals. 

Main responsibilities of this position:

• Cash flow forecasting and analysis: Develop and maintain detailed cash flow forecasting models to predict cash needs and liquidity levels. Analyze reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.

• Daily cash management: Monitor daily cash positions, including bank balances and transactions, to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.

• Process improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate cash management processes. Actively participate on process standardization and harmonization across responsible areas; Transfer knowledge

• Meet individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of the team's overall objectives.

• Compliance with SOX requirement, Support Internal and External Audit, Support Ad Hoc requests and projects as required

• Understanding and respecting different cultures (from Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, Russia and USA) developing a good relationship and cooperative environment

• Regular communication and cooperation with different areas / internal clients in order to provide correct results and/or the analysis and explanation of the cash flow levels

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Master degree in Economics / Financials
English language is must (B2)
Other languages ( italian, portuguese, spanish) is advantage
2 years experience in field, experience in Treasury
Advanced MS office knowledge
Google sheets knowledge
