Your role:
- Responsible for overseeing and analyzing the performance of digital channels and online sales.
- Ability to translate data insights (from CRM, paid channels, web) into meaningful business recommendations — and at the same time translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on web and CRM campaign performance, online customer journeys, and lifecycle stages to identify opportunities for personalization and automation
- Data processing and interpretation.
- Acts as a partner to senior business stakeholders and managers to ensure proper understanding of digital channels, their business contribution and potential.
- Enables informed decision-making regarding short-, mid-, and long-term operations of the channel.
- Experience with the following: Google Analytics, SFMC or similar, SQL preferably in Snowflake or similar, Power BI

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Ability to draw insights from data and apply them to commercial strategy
- Advanced Microsoft Office (ExcelPowerPoint, Power BI)
- Ability to draw insights from data and apply them to commercial strategy
- Experience with Content square is a plus
- Google Analytics, Power BI advanced
- Knowledge of programming languages (SQL/Python)
- Strong understanding of campaign management and marketing automation
