As an SAP Consultant Controlling, you will work together with other consultants in delivering SAP Finance & Controlling solutions, focusing on optimizing financial operations for clients. You will be involved in various phases of SAP projects, from requirements gathering to post-deployment support.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Support the configuration and implementation of SAP Controlling solutions.

·        Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Controlling (CO) solutions within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and S/4HANA transformation programs.

·        Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and advise clients on leading practices for management accounting, cost center accounting, profitability analysis, product costing, and financial planning processes.

·        Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions aligned with SAP standard functionality and Public Cloud principles.

·        Lead solution design discussions and coordinate cross-functional integration with Finance (FI), Procurement (MM), Sales (SD), and other SAP modules.

·        Manage functional specifications, configuration activities, testing cycles, defect resolution, cutover planning, and go-live support.

·        Provide subject matter expertise and trusted advisory services to client finance and controlling stakeholders.

·        Support data migration, reporting, analytics, and process optimization initiatives within SAP S/4HANA.

·        Mentor junior consultants, review deliverables, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the SAP practice.

·        Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, effort estimations, proposal preparation, and business development initiatives.

·        Stay current with SAP S/4HANA innovations, Public Cloud releases, and emerging finance transformation trends.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

·        Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills with the ability to engage senior business representatives.

·        Customer-centric mindset with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

·        Business fluent in English (written and verbal). German is an advantage.

·        Minimum 5 years of SAP Finance & Controlling consulting experience.

·        Participation in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects, including SAP S/4HANA programs.

·        Strong expertise in SAP Controlling processes including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (Margin Analysis/CO-PA), Profit Center Accounting, and Planning & Budgeting.

·        Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is highly preferred; experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and SAP ECC is also valuable.

·        Proven experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops, business process design, solution validation, testing, and deployment activities.

·        Experience integrating SAP CO with SAP FI and other logistics modules.

·        Ability to lead workstreams independently and manage client expectations throughout project delivery.

·        SAP S/4HANA Finance or Management Accounting certification is considered a strong advantage.

·        Previous consulting experience within a professional services organization is preferred.
