O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

What skills should you have: 

  • You want to be part of an international team creating a new approach for the staffing industry where we put our workers on equal level with our clients and want long term partnership for those who value it
  • You love ticking off the tasks that were done during the day but you don't fall down if you are interrupted with different priorities during the day that have to be quickly finished.
  • Multitasker with focus on priorities and good planning skills, working under time deadlines
  • Consistent person who takes initiative and works independently, accurately and in a structured way
  • Very familiar and fast with PC and writing professional emails 
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Sense of humor and able to complete tasks
  • Experience at a temp agency and working with  Helloflex software (english) is a plus.
  • Must be eager to learn and enjoy communicating with people

Duties:

  • Working times 8:00-16:30 
  • You will be responsible for part of the assigned clients and employees
  • Taking care of administration for clients and employees - such as employer statements, placement confirmations and creating new debtors and new placements for candidates plus checking and saving recieved documentations
  • Booking hours, resolving discrepancies between client purchase orders and completed employee hours, and processing payments weekly
  • Tracking and recalling digitally sent documents to the temporary worker and to the client
  • Support with registrations for construction paperwork for starting employees and various forms for client

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
