Junior IT Project Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

This job responsibilities are divided in two parts:

1. Responsibility for Project management office

• Creating project reports
• Supporting resource planning process
• Supporting project management methodology
• Participating in creating new strategies of Project Management Office
• Project support activities for Senior IT Project Manager in the delivery of complex projects

2. Assistance in projects - according to specific project needs, e.g.:

• Responsibilities for small projects and delegated tasks regarding Communication to the customer. Administrative sork needed for projects (maintaining excel tables, project reports, creating projects plans, meeting minutes,…)
• Administrative work needed for projects (maintaining excel tables, creating project plans, etc.)

• Broad overall knowledge in IT
• Ability to work with MS Excel
