Creative Content Designer (Graphic & Video)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a Creative Content Designer who will develop and evolve our visual profile while producing engaging content across multiple formats—from graphic assets to video for social media, web platforms, and presentations.

You will join our design and production team led by Marketing director in Kalinkovo. The team currently consists of two talented professionals and is expanding to meet increasing demands.

This role plays a key part in our marketing strategy. You’ll help elevate the quality of our marketing output, expand our video capabilities, and exploreAI-driven creative workflows, with a strong focus on digital channels, social media, and sales enablement.

Design & Branding

• Create digital and print materials for product launches, brand positioning, and customer-facing documents.

• Develop presentation templates, key visuals, and graphic concepts that strengthen and evolve Systemair’s visual identity.

Social Media & Web Content

• Producing short-form video and visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms (reels, stories, carousels, thumbnails)

• Adapt and repurpose content for use on systemair.com as well as for internal and external presentations to maximize reach and efficiency.

Sales Enablement

• Designing sales support materials such as pitch decks, presentations, and battle cards for global sales teams

• Collaborate with product marketers and local market teams to translate strategic messaging into visually compelling, user-friendly materials.

Brand Development & AI Integration

• Supporting ongoing brand design updates and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

• Explore, test, and implement AI tools for ideation, image generation, editing, and content versioning to scale and optimize content production.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

This role is for you if you:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and marketing content production (agency or in-house)

• Experience creating both static and video content for marketing

• Strong visual sense, composition, and attention to detail (portfolio required – static and video work)

• Experience in video production from idea to final output (planning, shooting, editing)

• English at B2 level or higher (most communication and materials are in English)

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Ability to independently produce and edit video (Premiere Pro or similar tools)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time

• Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B or working with technical products

  • Experience with motion graphics and tools such as After Effects

  • Hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
