Supply chain manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are currently looking for a manager for our Supply Chain department. If you want to join a great team and be part of interesting new projects, we are looking for you!

Your duties will include but not be limted to:
- Reports directly to Executive Director
- Builds future strategy of department and engages into future strategy of organisation
- Leads and develops teams of logistics & plannying and warehousing
- Seeks to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes
- Researches and seeks the most cost-efficient supply chain procedures and methods
- Works closely with the IT department to create effective databases to manage and organize warehouse inventory
-Maintains professional relationships with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values
- Organizes and oversees inventory by keeping detailed database of available inventory and expected usage per project
- Plans and implements supply chain optimization projects

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Team Player
- Experience in work with ERP system is a must
- Experience managing and improving supply chain data, information and processes
- Actively seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain by streamlining steps and locating the best prices for inventory
- Professional communication skills are essential
- Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenges and needs to be addressed
- Top-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes
- Previous experience with Supply Chain Management is essential
- Experience working in and maintaining databases
- Supply Chain Management certification is strongly preferred
