Online Marketing Partner / Head of Growth (Co-Founder Track)

We're a fast-growing startup in the indoor environment space — building smart solutions for bathrooms and indoor air quality. Backed by strong partners from Germany and Switzerland, we’re launching in Slovakia and expanding across the EU.

Now we’re looking for an  Online Marketing Partner  to take charge of online growth and help us scale fast. You'll work closely with the founder and get a real say in the company’s direction — and share in its success.

What You'll Do

• Launch and scale online sales and lead generation
• Plan and run digital campaigns (performance + content)
• Track and optimize with real-time dashboards (Power BI)
• Build a small but strong marketing team (agencies or in-house)

What We’re Looking For

• Growth mindset and founder-level drive
• Strong hands-on digital marketing experience (GA4, Tag Manager, Hotjar, HubSpot)
• Solid skills in analytics and tools (Excel, Power BI)
• English C1+, Slovak C1+
• Bonus: AI tools, German

Compensation:

• Unlimited upside – your earnings grow with the results you deliver (sales, margin, profit).
• Expected earnings: from €2,000/month in year 1, growing to €4,500/month by year 3.
