Project manager for Digital Process World program (DPW)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• As a Junior PMO DPW you will carrying out all relevant PMO activities, such as status reports.
• You will participate in consolidation and coordination of all necessary status reports and financial key figures of the project.
• Your responsibility will be also ensuring professional project controlling.
• You act as contact person for Supporting all relevant stakeholders with project know-how related to the DPW project.
• You will provide definition and provision of documents for specific meetings such as the Portfolio Board and Steering Committees.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Qualifications: Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor's degree), e.g. in project management or technical fields.
• Know-how & Tools: You can draw on several years of professional experience in working with multi-national teams, ideally working with SAP and Salesforce systems, planIT, MS Office and Confluence/Jira project controlling software.
• Personality: A high level of team spirit, strong coordination skills and effective prioritization as well as decisiveness and implementation strength make you unique. In addition, you are open to change and have a high affinity for software / IT topics, ideally process management.
• Languages: Your confident English skills (verbal & written) mean that nothing stands in the way of group-wide communication.
