​Position Goal:
​To ensure fast and high-quality cargo delivery in the Expedite segment by:
​- quickly matching loads with available drivers,
​- organizing flexible routes and overseeing flawless execution.

​Requirements:
​-Strong spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
​- Basic computer literacy and the ability to work with documentation
​- Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment
​- Responsibility, attention to detail, and a strong results-driven mindset

​Responsibilities:
​- Coordinating freight operations: searching for loads and drivers, planning routes
​- Negotiating with brokers, drivers, and clients
​- Working with documentation and CRM systems
​- Responding quickly to incoming requests and resolving operational issues

​What We Offer:
​-Competitive compensation: base salary + percentage (overall range: $1000 - $2000 with rapid income-growth potential)
