O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel and Expenses Analyst to join our Finance team. This vital role is responsible for the timely and accurate processing, auditing, and compliance of all employee travel and expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policy and regulatory requirements.

  • Process and audit all incoming employee expense reports for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to the Clarios T&E policy and ethical standards
  • Manage the workflow and disbursement of payments for approved expense reports, cultivating trust and transparency
  • Administer and maintain the corporate credit card program, including account setup, limits, and reconciliation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding T&E policy, expense report submission, and system usage
  • Prepare T&E related reports and analyze spending trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures related to expense accruals and reporting
  • Administer and maintain the corporate credit card program, including account setup, limits, and reconciliation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the T&E function
  • Proactive application of Continuous Improvement (CI) culture

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:


  • Highschool diploma or a University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Understanding of accounting principles, particularly in expense management and reconciliation

  • Desirable 2+ years of experience in T&E or Accounts Payable

  • Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is beneficial

  • Familiarity with expense management systems (e.g. Workday, SAP Concur, NAVAN,) is a plus

  • Experience with corporate card programs and global travel policies - preferred

  • Agility and adaptability to changes

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

  • Collaborative mindset

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
