Komodo Health MIC Administrator

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Komodo Health Medical Insights Center (MIC) Administrator with a Salesforce focus to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform in alignment with Komodo Health’s healthcare analytics ecosystem. This role is pivotal in bridging CRM capabilities with healthcare data insights, ensuring seamless operational support across integrated systems, supporting release management ,and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce expertise with an understanding of healthcare data workflows, acting as a hands-on problem solver passionate about enabling data-driven decision-making.

Release Management

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce release processes: planning, requirement design/review, testing/validation, deployment, and training

• Deliver enhancements through Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and integration development

• Analyze Salesforce product releases and Komodo Health platform updates for impact on workflows and data integrity.

• Investigate complex issues across Salesforce integrations and healthcare analytics applications.

• Promote continuous improvement through DevOps automation and Salesforce platform enhancements.

Operations Support

• Resolve bugs and implement minor Salesforce enhancements

• Handle ad hoc requests and generate Salesforce reports and dashboard sailored for healthcare insights.

• Manage user setup, roles, profiles, and access controls with compliance in mind.

• Perform data imports, validation, and maintenance within Salesforce, ensuring alignment with healthcare data governance.

• Troubleshoot and test to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce release management and DevOps practices
  
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, automation tools, and intergration support
• Familiarity with healthcare data workflows or analytics plaforms (Komodo Health experience is a plus)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with data loading tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard) and reporting/dashboard creation
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred), exposure to healthcare compliance standards is advantageous
