Social Media & Community Manager (Crypto Trading, Prague-Based)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As a Social Media & Community Manager, your role will be to create and manage engaging content across our social platforms – and foster a thriving, engaged trading community across Discord and Telegram.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and growing our Discord and Telegram communities
• Creating and scheduling posts on Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram, and other social channels
• Developing and executing our social media and community strategy
• Collaborating with videographers, editors, and designers to bring campaigns to life
• Organizing online and in-person community events (competitions, meetups, AMAs, etc.)
• Analyzing performance (KPIs), tracking competitors, and iterating based on data
• Coordinating with influencers and monitoring their results
• Staying ahead of crypto trends and proposing creative growth ideas

One of our most successful campaigns so far was the Trading Tournament in Dubai, which reached over 150,000 views.

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes crypto and understands the nuances of both content and community. You're creative, proactive, and data-informed – with strong instincts for what builds loyalty and momentum.

You should have:

• Experience managing social media and online communities
• A creative and strategic mindset – you know how to grow audiences and drive engagement
• Familiarity with community-building tools and moderation practices (especially in Discord & Telegram)
• Solid understanding of social metrics and performance tracking
• Strong communication and project management skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
