​Purpose & Main Activities:

• Manage the end-to-end customer journey for top-end clients
• Ensure a seamless and highly personalized premium experience
• Cooperate with internal and external partners (dealers, market organizations, headquarters)
• Coordinate the implementation of new customer solutions and programs
• Monitor service quality and propose improvements
• Support the development of top-end offerings in the market
• Handle complex customer requests

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Min. 3-year experience in luxury automotive segment or premium services)
• Automotive sales knowledge - advantage
• Electro-mobility positive
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-driven, proactive, able to cope with change & stress
