Junior Data & AI Analyst

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Cambridge International School, Bratislava, is seeking the Data & AI Analyst who will support the school in becoming more data-informed and AI-enabled. The role focuses on collecting, structuring, analysing, and evaluating data from CRM and other internal systems, while actively exploring how AI tools can improve reporting, decision-making, and everyday processes.

This person will help transform raw data and information into clear insights, identify patterns and opportunities, support process improvements, and contribute to the responsible use of AI across the organisation.

The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, detail-oriented, AI-positive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where not every question has a ready-made answer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with data from CRM and other school systems.
• Clean, organise, analyse, and evaluate information.
• Use AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, and internal processes.
• Create simple reports, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.
• Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
• Support teams with data-based recommendations.
• Help the school become more data-driven and AI-enabled.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, structured data, and digital tools
• Proactive, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and excited about using data and AI in a practical way
• ​Experience with CRM systems, dashboards, Power BI, SQL, Python, or data visualisation tools is an advantage, but not essential​
