Ferticent Clinic is a modern international fertility clinic based in Bratislava, specializing in reproductive medicine, IVF, egg donation, and international patient care.

As part of the IFG fertility group, we work with patients from all over the world and help people fulfill one of the most important dreams in their lives — becoming parents.

We are not looking for a “corporate SMM manager.”
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and energetic person who knows how to create authentic content, communicate with people naturally, and bring real emotions into social media.

If you love content creation, feel comfortable around people and cameras, understand modern Instagram/TikTok trends, and know how to make medical content feel human and warm — we would love to meet you.

What you will do

— Create engaging Instagram and TikTok content for an international fertility clinic
— Shoot and edit Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes videos, and lifestyle content
— Communicate with patients and help them feel comfortable on camera
— Interview patients and create emotional, authentic storytelling content
— Generate creative content ideas and trends proactively
— Work closely with the clinic team, doctors, and coordinators
— Help build a warm, modern, and trustworthy brand image
— Participate in content planning and social media growth

Why this role is different

This is not a “post pictures and write captions” type of role.

We are looking for someone who can bring life into the clinic’s social media — communicate with patients naturally, notice emotional moments, create authentic stories, and make people feel safe, inspired, and connected to our brand.

We want a creator, not just a scheduler.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

— Ukrainian language — required
— Slovak language — conversational/work proficiency required
— English — intermediate or higher
— Experience in SMM, content creation, UGC, or personal branding
— Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends
— Ability to create aesthetic and emotionally engaging content
— Proactive personality and confidence communicating with people
— Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
— Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas
— Experience in beauty, healthcare, lifestyle, or medical content is a big advantage
